See what’s new…

September 25, 2023: Passing a Baton!

This autumn it’s 25 years since I fell in love with The Human Element and began the implementation among the leaders and employees at Chr. Hansen A/S. If you’re curious how that happened see my chapter of The Fieldbook of The Human Element Case stories that came out back then.

Alternatively, please just join me in welcoming Charlotte Pontoppidan Wise as the new distributor of The Human Element materials in Denmark!

Upcoming Podcast

I am delighted that Rick Torseth has invited me to speak on his 10.000 Swamp Leaders podcast. We’ll be recording in the beginning of June, and as soon as I know when the interview will be released, I’ll say more.

Meanwhile, have a look at www.10000swampleaders.com.

Launch of new series of Training Intensives

The training industri have become used to believing that the quality of training is directly proportional to the time spent in class.

I have agreed with my main business partner to challenge that assumption.

We believe that many clients only need a small but highly concentrated “injection” of new insights to understand how they need to move forward.

So, we’ve created a series of short, highly intensive – but still practical – training programs labeled “intensives”.

The duration of an intensive may be as short as two x 2 hours followed by an effect assessment.

These programs do not replace the longer programs and coaching. However, we’ll probably recommend to many clients that they start out by an intensive program before they invest more time in a given topic.
